Refund Policy for Private Healing Sessions:

All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations of 7 days or more, your booking will be refunded or transferred to a future date. Cancellations received within 7 days of scheduled session are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within a year, minus 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 2-6 days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within a year, minus a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs and no-shows are non refundable and non transferable.
