Crystal Heart Traditional Hoop Drums are made in the 16 hoop design, representing the Lakota Sioux understanding of the 16 hoops or Grids of Mother Earth. Making this drum is an enacted ceremony of the medicine wheel, and the five heart crystals mounted on the frame connect us with the five elements, the five directions, the five archetypes and the five chambered heart Red Road teachings.
All our drums ( Hoop Drums, Baby Drums and Community Mother Drums) are the only line of drums which have mounted crystals. Crystals are know for their vibrational healing properties on the body. When the vibration of crystals are amplified through drumming, they offer a potent and transformational healing to the body, mind, soul and spirit.
Our drums are made from the highest quality cedar, hickory and maple hoops and the hides of elk and buffalo and come with a drum stick and care of drum instructions. Your drum is numbered and can be registered into our DRUM FOR CHANGE GLOBAL NETWORK.
